Miracle Word Ministries is the living continuation of Marilyn Hickey’s anointing—a woman who boldly taught the uncompromised Word of God and demonstrated His miracle-working power around the world for over five decades. We are committed to Spirit-filled biblical teaching that does more than inform the mind, it builds unshakable faith and activates expectancy for the supernatural.

Marilyn’s foundation of integrity and credibility distinguishes Miracle Word Ministries as a trusted voice in a compromised and hurting world. We intentionally preserve this legacy while equipping all generations to operate in both the Word and the Spirit—empowering believers to understand God’s Word, stand on His promises, and walk in divine authority.

Through global outreach, international partnerships, and modern media, we reach the nations with God’s miracle-working power to bring real transformation, physical and emotional healing, deeper understanding of the Bible, and lasting spiritual growth so people don’t just hear the Word, but experience and demonstrate it.

Our vision is to cover the earth with God’s Word, “for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord” (Isaiah 11:9 NKJV).

Marilyn Hickey

Marilyn Hickey founded her ministry with a God-given vision to cover the earth with the Word. Throughout more than five decades of ministry, the gospel of salvation and the healing power of God have reached millions of people in over 140 countries. Her ministry includes significant outreach in Islamic nations, including a historic healing meeting in Karachi, Pakistan, attended by more than one million people in 2016.
Marilyn Hickey engaged with government leaders and heads of state around the world and made history as the first woman to serve on the board of directors for Dr. David Yonggi Cho, founder of Yoido Full Gospel Church in South Korea.
Her daily television program has been broadcast globally in nearly 200 countries with a potential viewing audience of over 2 billion households worldwide. She authored more than 175 books and publications, leaving a legacy of faith, leadership, and biblical teaching that continues to influence generations.
She and her husband, Wallace, shared more than 50 years of marriage and raised two children, with five grandchildren. Marilyn Hickey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Collective Foreign Languages from the University of Northern Colorado and received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Oral Roberts University.
Her contributions were recognized with numerous honors, including the Lifetime Global Achievement Award from Oral Roberts University, the International Lifetime Peace Award from the Grand Imam and President of Pakistan, and awards from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Her many decades of revelation and timeless teachings continue to impact believers around the world and shape generations to come.

Isabell Bowling

Isabell Bowling is an author, speaker, and Bible teacher passionate about helping people live the full life Jesus promised.
Growing up in a multigenerational ministry family, Isabell developed a deep love for the Word and for people. Her desire is to continue her grandmother, Marilyn Hickey’s, legacy by inspiring believers everywhere to experience the joy of living in the Word each day.
Isabell holds a degree in Historical & Philosophical Theology and Modern Hebrew from Oral Roberts University, where she was named Outstanding Theology Student of the Year. In 2023, Isabell stepped into a powerful teaching role at Miracle Word Ministries with Marilyn Hickey. Gifted in languages and communication, Isabell preaches at churches and conferences, cohosts a daily television program, ministers at healing meetings, and leads international ministry tours. In 2026, Isabell released her first independently authored book, Linger: A Year in His Presence, a powerful 365-day devotional.

Marilyn, and Isabell’s mission, to bring people into relationship with Jesus Christ, often leads them to difficult places, including Muslim nations and lands oppressed by terrorism, cruel dictators, poverty, disaster, and disease.

From humble beginnings to the international organization known today as Miracle Word Ministries, Marilyn and Isabell share a calling for:

WHAT WE DO

Together, with the support of their friends and Partners, Miracle Word Ministries is impacting thousands of lives with the reality, compassion, and power of God’s Word through our daily television program, Miracle Word Today, Bible teachings, international healing meetings, online resources, and print publications.

  • Traveled to over 140 countries, hosted 55 group tours, and more than 40 International Meetings. Marilyn currently teaches at international healing meetings using pre-recorded and live video technology.
  • Held Pakistan’s largest religious gathering ever in 2016: 1 million attended (including 300 Imams), and hundreds of thousands gave their lives to Christ.
  • Reach 195 countries though TV and media (with a potential audience of 2.2 billion households worldwide).
